Paid for a WAX account, did not show the private key, does not show up on the app and no way to get it back

Hey there,

I downloaded the app in order to create a WAX account.
I decided to try and get kleemer.gm which was available.

However when I decided to pay for it, my card was declined because it was expired (I’m using an iPhone) so I was redirected to my settings to update my card details.
Once I updated it, I was redirected to the app where I retried the payment and it was accepted.
But then I did not receive my private key or anything, it actually sent me back to the home page.
Now I cannot get my account back, it’s not showing anywhere, and of course when trying to get the same WAX account, it is now taken (which makes sense, as the payment went through).

This happened yesterday, I tried to send an email to hello@greymass.com, but no one answered yet.

What should I do?

Hi, looks like the account was created as well. If you didn’t uninstall the Anchor Wallet app the keys for it should still be there.

Now the version with the recovery tools has hit the App Store. @admyral to recover your account update to the latest version (1.1.2), launch the app and tap the Anchor logo 5 times to bring up the developer tools. From there go to “Keychain viewer” and then find and check each “Orphan key” in turn by selecting it and using “Search for account”.
