I’m having a problem where I cannot send funds from my Anchor wallet and I have no idea why. I can use the wallet to sign in to sites with my wallet and create NFTs, but sending funds is not working no matter what I do.
- When I try and send the web wallet lets me fill out the addressee & amount
- When I hit send I get a page with a single button saying ‘Launch Anchor Wallet’
- When I press the button Anchor Wallet App prompts me a “Slide to send” interface
- When I slide it to confirm it opens a second web page with a single button saying ‘Launch Anchor Wallet’
- When I press the second button Anchor Wallet App prompts me a “Slide to send” interface
- When I slide it to confirm a second time it opens the Anchor Web Wallet and none on my account balances have changed.
I can not transfer funds using this - I am primarily using the PROTON network (XPR) but I have tried it on the EOS network and it does the same thing.
My funds are basically stuck in the wallet.
Any help is appreciated
