Anchor wallet dont work

My anchor wallet has stopped working for a while. When I try to use it it brings the error message:
Unable to identify
Unable to decrypt data: The operation couldn’t be completed.
CryptoTokenKit error -3.

Can someone help me in this regard

  • When does this happen? When you start the app or is it when you perform some kind of action?
  • What operating system are you using?

  1. I work with anchor i think since 4 month

  2. I think since about 6 weeks suddenly the error startet

  3. My system is: iPad Softwareversion 14.4

  4. a friend of mine also works with anchor. He has a different I pad and he has this error from the same time as me. A software update did not help either

Try removing the account and re-importing it (make sure you have it backed up before).

There is an issue with the secure enclave affecting a small fraction of devices that Apple is currently tracking that you might be the encountering. Hopefully this will be resolved by a system upgrade in the near future.

Where you able to fix this? I’m having the same issue right now
