Aloha everyone!
Imagine we start this week.
Going for 5-10 Minutes general talk + finding topic for the first meeting.
Than breakout rooms with 4 people.
First person starts with 5 minutes about topic or sth. else about eos. Others can question 2 minutes and then give 3 minutes best advice, experiences, …, they got.
After that it goes to the next person in the breakout room.
When breakout rooms end, we go back to whole group and summarize results from breakouts.
