When I want to use my ledger wallets via Anchor, this action always come first and makes my Ledger bugs… “greymassnoop → noop”

That action gets added to your transactions if you don’t have enough network resources (CPU/NET) to cover the costs of what you’re trying to do. If you were to use PowerUp and rent some resources it wouldn’t appear.
The freezing however shouldn’t happen, these actions should work with the most recent versions of Anchor with a Ledger for signing. Which version are you on? Might be worth trying to update and see if that makes it work.
