Unable to import existing account using private key

Hi,
I downloaded Anchor wallet (v.1.3.2) for MacOS (10.12.6).
tried to set up by importing private key from Seeds global passport web app (desktop).
the key starts with 5 and has 51 digits but the green “import account” button does not light up.

Same problem since 8-10 days ago, and same problem importing accounts from Ledger.

I believe we resolved this. One of our APIs crashed over the weekend for Telos, so there was an outage, which we are now rerouting to prevent downtime from.
