I cannot login to Atomichub.io using anchor desktop app. it show “Encountered an error establishing a session channel, If this problem persists please switch to another callback service provider”
I dont know how to switch to another callback service provider. pls help.
whaen using anchor mobile app it show “unable to identify. Callback failed with status 502”
Should be resolved now. One of our regional services experienced an outage and so it was working for some people and not others.
We’re taking steps to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
