I have uninstalled the antivirus and also have checked the and confirmed that the system clock is correct, the refund from block IO and manual claim continue to fail the same reason, sorry I seem to send similar email from two email chain.

Hello aaron!
For me it is the opposite. Windows defender doesnt want me to run the application and ESET doesnt do anything.
Please make contact with microsoft to make the download feel more secure.
