I prepaid for an account then it gave me options for links on my phone so I downloaded the app once I got on its asking me to pay again for an account I already pre paid for?
This is part of the user experience we need to clean up a bit.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, click “Back” on the screen you downloaded from, and then either choose “Launch on this device” (if you’re using the same device) or “Create on another device” (if you’re using a different device and want to scan the QR code).
You won’t have to purchase again - the code you purchased on the site just need to be triggered.
