I’m trying to send BEOS tokens from my Anchor desktop wallet (BEOS network) to my BTS wallet but get message " Error: Invalid Account Name, make sure it is comprised of 1 to 12 letters." My BTS wallet is 15 characters long so that might be the issue. Is it possible to send my BEOS to my BTS wallet so I can trade it on iobanker? Thanks!
I have a separate BTS name that is less than 12 characters but has a number in it and I’m still unable to send my BEOS with the same message: “Error: Invalid Account Name, make sure it is comprised of 1 to 12 letters.”
There’s actually a special section in the wallet to do that cross-chain transfer.
Open up the tools menu on the left, and look for that specific tool. It should allow you to transfer between the chains.
