Help! I bought a brand new Ledger nano X a few months ago and moved my EOS tokens to it. Been trying for the last few days to import the account onto anchor wallet but I get stuck in an infinite loop of “reinitializing” or something like that. Appreciate any help. Thanks!
Make sure no other applications are trying to use the Ledger device. Try closing any other apps that might be accessing it, and if all else fails, try rebooting.
You can also hit disable/enable to turn it off and back on in some situations, which causes it to reconnect.
Sometimes these devices can be very picky
