is OFAC and FATF proposal countries (black listed countries as Iran, Syria and etc.) banned from this wallet and it’s platform?
and is it decentralized wallet? (because i couldn’t find any documentation in there for proofing the question)

If your IP or EOS user name is in BP’s blacklist, maybe you are in such situation. Otherwise, you can use blockchain like normal people.
