ERRORE Anchor Wallet

Hello Aaron,

thx for your reply.
I have my original private key and can log in to my account via scatter for example.
I can see my tokens, airdrops etc.

But I cannot transfer to any exchange cause of the permission error.
How is it possible, that I can login but not tranfer?

Do you have maybe an trustful E-Mail adress where somebody from EOS can help ?
I am 100 % sure I have just one private key and I can also login with it, so it cant be wrong…

If it’s an older imported wallet in Scatter, it’d still show but not give you access to perform any actions.

I’d recommend looking up your account on a block explorer and then using the Key Validator in Anchor to see if your keys match. I talked about it a bit here:

Just make sure you’re comparing the key in the validator to the one with the right prefix on the block explorer. You can click on the little key icon next to the key in bloks.io to change between the EOS... prefix and the PUB_K1... prefix.
