EOSAuthority Transaction Failed

Hello. I use EOSAuthority wallet and Ledger Nano S. I can see properly my account, but everytime I try to send my EOS, After having confirmed the Tx in my Ledger devide, it appears the following and I am not able to do any Tx:

Transaction failed. Transaction net usage is too high 136>0

Please, can anyone tell me what is happening or what I shoul do.

Your account lacks network resources to perform the transaction. You can powerup your account for free just by entering your account name on eospowerup.io (which is a tool built by the community to help accounts that are using wallets which don’t automatically handle these things).
