There is a project on EOS called daclify that is:
- free to use
- has a modular built
- it’s 100% on chain
- it’s trustless & permissionless
We would like to someone to contribute to the code (open source) and write a module for it that would support Dan’s political playoffs.
Boid has been using daclify.com for its DAC for months. BlockBase has joined around a month ago and we’re testing a worker proposal module on it.
Daclify has a modular design. This allows for the platform to scale and be very flexible.
A module is a contract installed on an account. You can link different modules within your group to enable certain features. With time there will be more and more modules available to use. Everyone can help with developing them as the code is open-source.
Examples: payroll module, voting module, etc.
On-chain
Daclify’s core has been built on EOSIO platform. The main reason for choosing EOSIO technology was primarly decentralization and speed.
Main UI is free for all to use but with DAC’s contracts/operations always running on the blockchain it gives different groups and projects an opportunity to design their own UI if need to.
Main developer @piecesnbits has been upset with the state of EOS recently and hasn’t been developing more stuff for the platform. We need more contributors for the platform as we think it’s been a great tool for us and it can be for the whole EOS community.
