Anchor wallet error message when using Telos private key to import account

When I try and use my private key to import my Telos account onto the Anchor wallet app it recognises the key but then I get the following error seen in the photo (key generation failed : error 25293).

I have tried deleting the app and redownloading it. I’ve turned my phone on and off. I’ve tried on the WiFi and using 4g.

Any advice? I searched for similar issues but couldn’t find any. Thanks
