I would try logging out of Defibox and then back in again, potentially even clearing the caches in your browser. Defibox has been making adjustments to try and improve their integration with Anchor and I think this might be related to those updates.
I just logged in and performed a couple swaps between PIZZA and EOS and they seemed to work.
