I did unstake some of my CPU more than 3 days ago. I still have my eos under “Refunded” way and not liquid. I realized I was running out of CPU so today I decided to rent some to have plenty of it. Is there any way to “push” the transaction or all I have to do is wait?

If the refund didn’t automatically trigger, there should be a button when you expand the resource section that you can use to trigger it manually. I don’t have an account with a pending refund at the moment, but it would appear where the red box is below:
Another option would be to login to a site like bloks.io, and they have a dedicate page which you can trigger the refund action from:
